Golf Levels with Roger Gunn
LEVEL 5 (4 - SCRATCH)

DVD # 1: Level 5 Full Swing
(42 Minutes)
DVD # 2: Level 5 Short Game
(33 Minutes)
Without a doubt, most golfers would give their right arm to be right where you are with your game right now. But that's little consolation if you have that three handicap and you want to get to a zero! Now most golfers at your level really have just about all the shots. The power is good, getting off the tee fairly well, solid iron shots, a decent short game and putting game, but it all needs to be tightened up if you want to get all the way down to that zero handicap. It's not so much about how to make solid contact every time, it's really about getting the most out of what you have, and again, most golfers at this handicap level have a lot!

In this level, you'll really roll up your sleeves and talk about working the ball... the different methods of doing so, and how to practice the different methods. You'll also see how to use that ability when you're playing, to make the golf course much easier.

You'll also learn about the best way to practice, and how to make that practice translate a lot better to the course. Roger will also talk about how to keep a great score going, and how to turn it around when you get off to a bad start.

You'll really love this tape because the low handicapper has a really tough time finding information that applies to them. The information on this tape is the same information that Roger gives to his students on the PGA Tour.

You'll learn some strategies from the rough, a couple of really good trouble shots, and how to make your practice time much more effective, even if you have a limited time to practice.
You'll find in going from a 2 to a scratch might take you as much time as it took to go from a 20 down to a 12. But that's not to say that it can't be done, because it can. If you have a focused attack, and the time to put into it, you might find yourself being surprised at how much better you can get, even at your handicap.

In this level, you'll learn some strategies and techniques behind great practice, even if you have limited time. You'll learn about some of the different grass conditions and how to handle them, and learn some of those tricky shots that you're going to need to know how to play as you get into some bigger competitions.

Now most people at this handicap level have a short game that's pretty darn good. But you know what? Pretty darn good at this handicap level is not going to get it. To be a truly expert player in this game, your short game needs to be at least good, and that's minimum requirements. What you need it to be is excellent. And that's where putting that time and effort into working on the right things is going to help you.

On the PGA Tour, studies have shown that the Tour player is going to make in the mid to high 90's of their percentage of 3 foot putts. That means that they are rarely missing from 3 feet. Move that same proficient golfer though out to 6 feet and the percentage goes down to 50 percent, so they're only making half of their 6 footers! Move them out 3 feet again and it gets cut in half again, down to about 25%. =

After viewing this level, you'll have all the tools you'll need to get the very most out of your scoring game...

No more guessing.. .you'll learn everything you need to know to get out there and have a great time!
