- What are the changes to the USGA Handicap System for 1998?
A complete list of the 1998 changes to the USGA Handicap System can be reviewed on the USGA website located at www.usga.org or, by contacting the USGA Handicap Department. The changes to some of the formulas in the USGA Handicap System which are included in The Golfer's Diary version 5.0 are modifications to the exceptional tournament scores. These changes have been incorporated into the automatic calculations for your Tracking Handicap Index and are in effect as of January 1, 1998. In addition, there may be changes to ESC calculations to be announced in November, 1997 which (if accepted) will be phased in over 1998 and mandatory January 1, 1999. In the event that these changes are accepted, TQ Personal Sports Software Inc. will make these changes available to registered users of this product via their internet site www.tqs.net when available.

You can record an unlimited number of records in The Golfer's Diary.
- Can I install The Golfer's Diary on both of my computers?
As a registered user of the software, you are authorized to install the software on your systems but all *.dat files must be transferred to maintain both systems up-to-date. You are not authorized, however to install the software on computers other than your own, and your name will always appear as the main golfer and included on all printouts.
